Patients are seen by appointment only.
We provide 10-minute appointment slots.
If you need to be seen urgently for issues that cannot wait for a normal routine appointment and must be seen that day, the duty GP will speak with you and allocate a time for you to be seen. As these are for emergency issues only - it will not be possible to negotiate regarding timing and/or which doctor you see.
We have a system for "on the day availability" to help us to meet the needs of patients with acute medical problems.
In addition please note that:
- Separate appointments should be made if more than one person needs to be seen
- An adult should accompany children under the age of 14.
- If you think your problem will require more time than 10 minutes or you wish to discuss more than one or two issues, please tell the receptionist and you can book a longer appointment.
- If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that the appointment can be reallocated.
NB: Appointment schedules are liable to change at short notice depending on availability of clinicians.

Speaking to a GP by telephone
Most of the doctors are available after their morning surgeries to speak to patients regarding results or general advice. The reception staff will be happy to advise you of the appropriate times to call.
